A beautiful home with all the comforts of home! Fully stocked kitchen, temporpedic adjustable bed in master bedroom, lots of space and a rockin whole house stereo system! Perfect for dance parties 🕺 the tower room was a hit with the kids!! Just missing a telescope 😉my family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is not near Ft. Myers beach. 45+ minutes with traffic. But centrally located.. we visited Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers, Estero & Punta Gorda all seemed about the same distance away because of traffic but worth it!!

The house was beautiful and a beautiful location. My only critique is the house is very noisy maybe not insulated properly you can hear everything everywhere in the house…others conversations from different bedrooms behind closed doors you can hear outside conversations even if you inside with the door closed. Also the pool/spa never warmed up enough to use it even though we did turn the heater up on the first night so that was disappointing but it was a great house for 4 couples as far as space and bedrooms with private bathrooms. The host was kind and answered quickly.

Our family loved everything about Jason’s home. The house it’s self was spectacular. The views of the river was amazing and we had so much fun in the pool and backyard. Highly recommended and Jason was super attentive and easy to get a hold of.
